About Steve
Steve has been in the clinical research space for over 20 years. He has extensive experience gained through senior roles in finance, IT, business development, commercial and manufacturing within the pharmaceutical industry. Steve was instrumental in the establishment of Phase Forward as a global leader in the provision of software as a service (SaaS) to the Pharmaceutical industry prior to its sale to Oracle.

Dominic has over 25 years’ experience in both healthcare technology and observational research. He set up Cisiv to provide technologies for use in real world research following extensive experience with leading global pharma companies in the software development and implementation of large-scale global studies.

At Cisiv, Romina leads the Operations and Delivery teams, leveraging her extensive experience in clinical, real world data and patient access solutions to support our clients’ mission of accelerating drug development and commercialisation.
Nadia Mahmood PhD

About Nadia
Nadia has over 18 years of project management and consultancy experience within the pharmaceutical industry. Within Cisiv, she is the subject matter expert on eCRF and study design for observational research. She brings expertise and insight to CROs and sponsors on how to design eCRFs that lead to successful data collection and analysis. She has designed and delivered systems for a wide range of studies including global post-approval safety studies, health outcome studies, registries, post-marketing studies and many others.

Florence has 20 years of commercial and operational leadership experience in the pharmaceutical, device/diagnostic, and biotechnology industries. She brings experience in real world research, real world evidence (RWE) and analytics, risk management, patient-centred outcomes, innovation, digital health transformation, and patient engagement. She has developed expertise on developing data strategies to bridge the gap between late phase research and early-stage commercialisation.

Joana brings over 15 years’ experience in regulated industries and GxP environment. Since joining Cisiv, she has helped to strengthen Cisiv’s quality management system by providing guidance over the quality elements of all areas across the business. Her solid background in science with a focus on clinical biotechnology is an asset to the leadership team.
